Table Salt (0.5g)

Black Pepper (0.5g)

Equipment
- Pan for sautee
- Grill for fish
- Stove
Method
- Dice the White Cabbage
- Place the Butter & Cacao butter in the pan for sauteeing and heat
- Mix the Salt, Pepper, Turmeric and Paprika together and then pour into the melted butter and mix for 15 seconds
- Now add the cabbage and stir it all together
- Bring the heat down and Sautee the cabbage for 10 minutes
- Preheat the grill on medium high. Place the fish on the grill with the short end facing 10 o’clock. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes, or until dark grill marks appear on the fish. Turn it over every couple of minutes. Cook the fish until it flakes easily when tested with a fork but is still very moist. (The fish should no longer be opaque in the center.)
- Serve the fish onto a plate and the suateed cabbage next to it with a liberal amount of the butter sauce.
