  • Pan for sautee
  • Grill for fish
  • Stove


  1. Dice the White Cabbage
  2. Place the Butter & Cacao butter in the pan for sauteeing and heat
  3. Mix the Salt, Pepper, Turmeric and Paprika together and then pour into the melted butter and mix for 15 seconds
  4. Now add the cabbage and stir it all together
  5. Bring the heat down and Sautee the cabbage for 10 minutes
  6. Preheat the grill on medium high. Place the fish on the grill with the short end facing 10 o’clock. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes, or until dark grill marks appear on the fish. Turn it over every couple of minutes. Cook the fish until it flakes easily when tested with a fork but is still very moist. (The fish should no longer be opaque in the center.)
  7. Serve the fish onto a plate and the suateed cabbage next to it with a liberal amount of the butter sauce.
