Spicy Spinache Soup
End game
Possibly the best keto meal you can eat.
Ingredients

Butter (20g)

Spinache (100g)

Table Salt (0.5 tsp)

Black Pepper (1 tsp)

Paprika (1 tsp)

Turmeric (1 tsp)
Equipment
- Blender / Nutribullet
- Saucepan
- Wooden Spoon
Method
- Heat a small amount of butter (1g) in the base of the pan until melted
- Now add the Paprika, Turmeric and Black Pepper to the butter and fry for 30 seconds
- Now add 500ml of water to the pan, add the half tsp of salt and bring to the boil.
- Once boiling add the fresh spinache leaves, put the lid on the pan and turn down to a simmer, you can leave the soup simmering for 15 minutes.
- Let the soup cool for 5 to 10 minutes (boiling water will expand when blended in a nutri bullet! It will explode if you do it straight away!)
- Now put the soup in the nutribullet or blender and pulse blend the soup for 30 seconds or so until smooth.
