End game

Chocolate mousse is my favourite thing and it’s super super simple to make. This low carb take on the famous dessert is also vegan!

  • Blender or Nutribullet

Method

  1. Blend the Erythritol until it has the consistency of icing sugar, this is important because Erythritol is like salt in this regard, it is not soluable in oily substances (like avocados) so grinding it to dust will improve the consistency of your mousse considerably once blended.
  2. Peel and destone the avocados and place them in the blender with the cream.
  3. Pulse the avocados and cream to partially blend them.
  4. Add Cacao powder and Erythritol dust between pulsing until the mixture has a mousse like consistency.
  5. Spoon the mousse into small dessert dishes and optionally serve with a strawberry and some cream.
